If your life is spinning out of control and everything seems to be going in the direction that you don’t want it to go, then this is the program for you.
This program will help you become who you want to be. It is a daily process but at the end of this program, the positive changes in your life will be obvious and nothing will be the same again.
There are two PDF files, the first one contains monthly practices that you will do for 30 days straight each while the second file contains daily exercises to encourage you and keep you in check as you go along.
